Site Preparation and Grading in Waco

Before any concrete gets poured, the ground has to be shaped, sloped, and compacted to the grading plan. Our Process

We call in the 811 utility locate, strip and stockpile topsoil, cut and fill to rough grade, then make a finish pass that sets the final surface and slopes. We compact as we go, dress the site, and leave silt fence in place where stormwater rules require it. You get a written completion date before the first machine rolls in.
